Before the patch I had done about 100 module jobs and had seen around a 70% success rate. After the patch I have now done about 50 jobs and see more like a 30% success rate. Don't tell me nothing changed.

No, without coupling arrays you loose one hour of product. When you online a silo it first spends an hour in the "online - starting up" phase where it isn't actually accepting input. Only the second hour does it fully go online and accept input.
