I have diplomacy at 4 and am now -5.5 or something to amarr empire, there was a thread before in the skills section about this, afaik you can go as low as -8.75 or something to amarr, if you have diplomacy 5, I'll try find that thread in a minute

maller can just about fit 5x focused pulse and an 800mm plate, omen can fit something similar, does more damage but tanks a lot less, both are nice laser platforms, may I suggest aim for the zealot, its insane
