The new missile skills are akin to the gunnery 'support skills' rapid firing, motion prediction etc. Missiles simply wont be effective without them and to render ineffective so many pilots for 2-3 weeks is grossly unfiar.

yeah with techII large weapons weapons requiring small weapon skills to be almost maxxed out, I find the BS guy more and more frigate friendly.
