Just don't do it. A passive tank is sorta okay if you compare it to a T1 active tank... but if you bring in named or T2 items the active tank looks better and better. If (big if) there were T2 Shield Power relays in the game then a passive tanked...

I can definately see going PVP with it and using the mids for electronic warfare. You would get the advantages (over the scorpion) of 6 launchers in addition to the ECM but that was not exactly what I had in mind... I was specifically thinking of...
