they may not say "uk" but hundreds of corps are in "EU" time. the basic timezones in eve NA ( north american time) EU ( europe) AU ( australia) yes there are large time differences or all, but those are the basics.

all race does now is change your appearance and starting location, if you pick amarr, you start in amarr space ect... you also get that race starting skills, so if u pick amarr u start with amarr frigate 3. note that your starting skills only take...

look at the time left on the market, all NPC prices have 300+ days on the time left section, the max a player order can have is 90 days... very very few items are bought by NPC's and few are sold by NPCs.

you normally can change your character name if your new vi petition, also u can change upper case to lower case letters via petition CCP wants you to live with your actions so if u scam and suicide gank hard you can't simply change ur name.

trial accounts have restrictions anyways... u cant get in mining barges or past cruisers... but there are so many mini proffessions in eve it would take a long time to try everything. most people divide eve into a few sections PVE -highsec miss...
