104. Low-sec more dangerous than 0.0? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Originally by: Sandeep The main reason that I think doing missions in low sec is dangerous is because you can't just cancel the mission without repercussion, as the pirate can wait for you to return to your mission. You can refuse one...

105. No target lock - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
As the previous poster mentioned the guy likely used ECM on you. This is a chance based system however so even if you are jammed it is temporary (you should see a timer bar count down to when you will be unjammed). Once that jam is over he has to ...

106. Finding an empty research slot - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Empty research slots are near impossible to find. As Chribba mentioned you just need to queue up your job and wait a few weeks. That or get access to a POS that has a research lab and you can do as you like.

113. PvE fighting tactics? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Sadly EW and such (dampeners, tracking disruptors, etc.) do not work versus NPCs. NOS sorta works in that it will gain you some cap to your ship but you can never disable them by draining their cap. In short NPCs cheat. I have had frigs lob light...
