You lose a bit of sec, but unless you're spending all day killing neuts, it shouldn't affect you much. Avoid podding, and mix up FW plexing with a bit of belt ratting to keep your sec up (purely focus on killing battleships, or better yet, clones).

I'd prefer the timer in each plex to be reduced. Waiting 15-20 minutes doing nothing Is NOT playing a game. Since farmers like to AFK, reduced timers will discourage farming, and encourage FW participants to travel and create conflict.

If you kill a FW pilot, you lose standing with the FW NPC corporation, e.g. Federal Defense Union, State Protectorate. You won't lose faction standing. I've blapped a few FW pilots around lowsec, and haven't experienced any loss in faction standing.

Well I just downed a Garmur and a Cynabal with my T1 destroyers. About 350m isk damage while risking 10m. I'm actually very happy with the abundance of high-value targets in low sec. It fleshes out the concept of asymmetric warfare. :D
