1. 3 billion + ratting ships, pure bling or are they woth it? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
There is a noticable isk income increase of higher DPS and balanced tank with the DPS you put out. with a T2 fit i could make 500M in four-five hours, now with the DED fit 3B+ shiny spacejew ship that number would be 650M instead

The Rokh is probably the worst PVE BS in EVE, lowest DPS of them all. low dps = must have better tank due to lack of ability to kill incoming DPS. And Rokh's cannot tank any good on their own.

you can fit it to use as much CPU as possible with dronerigs and hit somewhere about 950 CPU used off 1070 But it wouldnt be good for anything but getting ganked, so no, you can not use all that CPU for anything that isnt just a waste of isk.
