Depends. If you d AFK missioning, aggroing everything, launching your drones and then going to have dinner, the Mach is a very poor choice. If you are at your keyboard during the whole mission it is a excellent ship.

Armageddon with 1400mms is probably the cheapest one. For ganking T3s, you should probably use Canes. Either way you will need 3+ people to gank non idiotic people.

I would drop the afterburner and the tracking PC and fit 1400mms for most missions. For angels you can keep the burner and autocannons, but again, drop the tracking PC. You are going to want 3 resist modules.
