At least fix the underscores in headers issue that has existed in the IGB for several years. This is becoming more of a problem now that Apache and nginx reject underscore characters as invalid by default.

It is indeed slightly "broken". You get a Forbidden error because the CAK is invalid. The API call should return an error code but doesn't.

I'm pretty sure the API is actually supposed to return an XML string with an error code rather than an HTTP error. - Which makes returning HTTP error codes a bug, not a feature.

Starcrash The problem is a setting in your Virtual Host configuration. Since you probably cant get your web host to change this for you I have sent you a temporary work around until I can get this problem fixed.
