I can run lvl 2 missions in a t1 frigate with relative ease :) I however, use a Rifter.... with a huge passive shield tank... there isnt much that can break it... which would be completely different to the punisher bleeder setup... But just inc...

t1 AC ammo is surpisingly effective... barrage is defiantely the bees kness for all ac ammo.... but very very expensive... never really tried hail.. but i hear its great for taking out larger ships.... Phased plasma, EMP, Titanium Sabot, Fusion...
