this just happened to me too. After spending 30 minutes trying to log in with the ever loved black screen of doom, when I finally got on, all of my settings reset. Not to mention the whole system of Saila if not more was completely at a standstill.

Well I officially walked through the whole mission without my shields getting below 97%. I tried the special gate and there is no way to solo that room. Just way too much aggro. I'm not sure even a CNR could hack it w/o help.
