Just because someone has more isk doesn't mean they should be able to train faster. Training times should be static except for when implants and varying attributes are considered.

Oh my god you have to go one jump away? OHNOES! Seriously, don't be so lazy. If everyone in Motsu/Dodixie/any mission hub did all their missions in the system with the agent the lag would be insane.
