1. Offline Cloaking Device gets full penalty, intended or bug? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
if they would get their thumb out of the dark spot at the rear they would make it impossible to use any highslots while a cloak is installed on a ship that is not designed for cloaks as in recons and covert ops class ships.
