Well to use blasters, you need to fit a MWD. Fitting a MWD gimping your cap, so you fit Injector. Well everyone else is fitting Injector too. The problem with Blastersetups, is that you cant sustain your cap. Thats the drawback. Never you can sus...

Well i read on different boards, that you get 1-2 parts out of each wrack. You need around 100 parts for one Rig. So around 50 kills, if you get all parts without missing one. I would say between 5 and 20mil for each Rig, depending on popularity....
