In a 1.0 system the faction police will do 1k dps and neut you dry. Even though they don't scram you for having low standing you will get stuffed if an outlaw end up on your grid as that spawn will scram you.

I like the tucking option (and yes I missed it myself the first few times), however I wouldn't be too worried if you missed it as we will be able to redo the character a fair few times more without cost as CCP are adding tattoos, scars and such....

Try and raise a petition first. If that doesn't work the option is to create a new char in one of the other 2 slots on the same account using same bloodline and gender. Then from the account page you will be able to swap the portrait for a fee/ple...
