No risk? Mittani is normally quite reasonable but in this case he is totally wrong. Low-end wormholes are the riskiest (lots of traffic) and you can get caught by a recon any second.

Assault ships are just another ship type that are superceded by other ships in vast majority of cases. Unless you can come up with more roles for them you will simply displace other ships by buffing them. Might sound crazy, but I think EVE already...

Want to play alone mostly? Get one or two extra accounts. That will save you tons of training time as you can specialize in many things simultaneously. It will also allow you to explore and pvp more efficiently.

Thanatos is better than Nidhoggur because Nid is only better for suicide pos rep and Thanatos lets you get into Nyx eventually. Not to mention it is slightly easier to fit.
