Both are viable. I prefer the armour tank as given above. Turn on AB, get agro, drop drones, keep moving. Perma runs everything with good cap skills

Stupid as it may sound, a passive shield Curse, with 4 launchers and cloak. Its a dedicated ship / setup, and not a very strong PVP ship at all, but the tank can hold its own in a level 4, and the DPS is enough to kill a BS in a reasonable amount...

Minmatar. you alsready have shield tank and missile skills, both of which you can use on the minni ships. Amarr would require you to train Armour skills and Energy turrets, Gallente would require Armour skills and Drones.
