I honestly think you are not going to see as many new players as CCP would have hoped. I believe most of the alpha clones will be returning players and veterans. One can hope but it is easier to be pessimistic. Not disappointed as often.

If you are in highsec, I would highly discourage you from doing Planetary Interaction EXCEPT if you have your own POCO. The returns from highsec planets are very poor and most of the POCO tax rates you see are crazy. If you see any of them below...
