1. How should we 'fix' ECM? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
ECM has killed small gang, first one to bring it usually wins. However, maybe the answer is a blanket increase in ship signal strength and a buff to ECCM modules. Then reduce the ECM cycle to 10 so a lucky jam doesn't mean auto-death.

Most of these should outrun a Destroyer or have the web/scram to stop one and kill it. Solo Tornado, Naga and Talos look promising. If Oracle had 4 mids it could join the fun, sadly it has 3.

Loki, fitting changes depending on role at the time. Because I use it for PvP, and its nice to have. Relatively fast, good range, Hardpoint Efficiency Sub is awesome, nice shield buffer.
