To echo another poster, Energy Emission Systems isn't worth it for missions. Don't forget the basics: Rapid Launch V, Energy Systems Operation V, Shield Manaagement V, Electronics V (any good Raven fit will be tight on CPU).

I would still switch damage types for your target. The 15%? extra damage from your skill will pale in comparison to finding that the NPC you're trying to kill has 75% resistance to what you're shooting it with, and 20% resist to another type.

Aside from having more than 3gb of ram and not using Vista 64 bit (Regular Vista apparently isn't supporting all the ram you have in your cookie-cutter computer)...and not knowing what kind of video card you have...i don't see why not.
