1961 is max that I am aware of, thats with gang booster with mining link implant and 5% mining inplant and michi implant and 2 mlu II wish i could figure out how to get another 39 out of my strip miners, so close to 2000 :/

how to deal with can flippers? easy, dont mine near densly populated areas. Mine in jita or rens and your can will be flipped, go some 10-15 jumps away and it'll be a rare day to get your can flipped
