Are you going to do something about the Ishtar and Domi 37.5% bonus to optimal range and tracking? Because no amount of these new nerfed Omnidirectionals are able to replicate that.

For PVP this ship needs an RR range bonus to be useful as a RR ship. I'd be keen on 200%. That would let you jump a fleet of these through a non regional stargate and fight someone on the other side. At the same time it wouldn't step on logis toes...

The changes are fine. The complaints about the bad ships that get nerfed not deserving it underline the need to balance them more than the problem with the nerf. So much of the balancing lately has been buffs. Especially in the cruiser department....

The Typhoon will be good if missiles are fixed. The Tempest on the other hand seems to have been given a weight and told to sink or swim. Its not so fast anymore. Its not the best neut ship anymore. It really needs a bit of help to stay current.

How often do you see an armor tanked Battlecruiser? Quite a bit less often than an armor tanked cruiser. Then compare to the number of Vagas, Cynabals, and Drakes running around. Armor ships don't need a nerf. Having more EHP than the shield count...
