I support this idea. Eventhough I like the current state of the game, which allows pirate players to blap unsuspecting space pi+¦atas in highsec. I think this would be an interesting change for both pirates, anti-pirates, Factional Warfare Player...

I would drop the damage control for another tracking enhancer. Especially when you get to the point of fitting that last CN Invuln field. You really don't need much more tank then. You run missions in Hakeri, right?
