hey come on, it could have been a shield boosting bonus, which is probably the worst bonus for PvP ever -.- I havent used a shield booster since they boosted shield extenders, even for npcing shield boosting is pointless, 3x large shield extender...

a short suggestion for venal: You can mark the k3j arm for TCF/POE, since they live mostly there. Most other parts are controlled by the northern alliances. Then you can put a big war marker on the whole region since we fight there sometimes. ...
