1. Basic Ship Outfitting - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
FIrst off, decide exactly what it is you're going to be doing with your ship. After you decide that, look at various ships and read the bonuses they give to different types of equipment. Typically, these bonuses fall into a catagory like weapons, ...

3. How does my char have 85 virus coherence? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
So the only thing i can find that would add a +5 to your virus coherence is one of the "Prospector" implants or the "Enviromental Analysis" implant. Other than one of those three, I really couldn't tell ya where it comes from.

5. How does my char have 85 virus coherence? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Just gonna take a stab at it and say that you start off with a base of 5 virus coherence without skills, mods, or bonuses. Not sure that is the real answer, but it sounds nice.

7. Dual tanking - Procurer - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Just to point out, the "Transverse Bulkhead" rigs listed on Loyd's fit are actually rigs that affect you hull hp, not armor hp. The drawback to these is, in fact, a loss of cargo space, but that loss only affects the ships regular cargohold. Speci...

Seems like as good a time as any to shamelessly plug the Prospect as a fantastic little ship. Not the most profitable thing you'll ever fly, but still fun.
