I will give my general response ^_^ The fact that PvP an PvE are so different is one of the biggest flaws in EvE. Players and NPCs seem to live in different universes with different rules and different behaviors, which breaks immersion pretty bad...

I have found even with kiting I end up having to use multiple tracking computers to get good hits.. but I'm using a Maelstorm which is quickly caught up with by NPC battleships so keeping distance can be difficult.
