1. Absolute Destruction of a high profile target desired. - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
Really curious what said targets could've done to anyone with enough isk to fund an operation like this to make said victim mad enough to want to do it. I do realize there's nothing saying said victim could afford it, but still.

I actually like it. Read some other suggestion disallowing jumping to other clones while you had a bounty on you. This would be the same suggestion in a light version. And to be honest I can't see to bad downsides to either suggestion. Postcount...
