Because the Drone Control Unit would (might?) give you the ability to field 10 sentries (depends on bandwidth, I suppose; haven't really looked into it). What I'm suggesting actually reduces the damage output instead of increasing it.

It would help if you could tell us *why* a Myrmidon hasn't been working out too well for you. Other than speed/agility, it should be better than a Vexor in every way for L2 missions (assuming you can get it through the gates).

PDU stands for either Power Diagnostic Unit or Power Diagnostic System - people, including me, tend to forget what the last word is. :-) You can find it under Engineering instead of Shield.
