I always thought an AC setup might work pretty well for PvE, with a lot of NOS allowing you to just sit on BSes and never cap out 5x 425s (maybe 220s) 3x Medium NOS 1x Large (or XL if its possible with skills and 220s) Shield Booster II 1x MWD ...

can you fit another extender over the mid recharger? Would dropping down to 2 Neut/1Nos allow you to do it? seems like it (2nd extender) would help you possibly permatank something that you cant get into your neut range.

Oh i dont think you can use a tractor beam on wrecks that arn't yours, so you would probably want an AB unless you plan to slowboat it to each individual wreck.
