I was thinking about doing missions in 0.0 but .. better is to npc. Not only you know when someone is searching for you, you can always warp to safe spot and ... cloak Plus you get much more isk, chance of getting commanders and even officers.

I was searching for cosmis signature and anomaly, and all anomaly was done. So only cosmic signature is there. Dunno what signal strenght it was. I have skills to lvl4 for scanning. So its strange I cant find it after 20h of scanning

I have problem, which is better lvl2 agent with HQ (+18), or lvl3 LQ (low quality -18) From what I saw lvl2 HQ give more RP then lvl3 LQ, am I right?
