With all those nerfing I wonder how ppl will refuel their POS's. Only few ppl can afford t2 freighters. Not to mention most of POS in 0.0 are refueled by carriers/Moms. Only few alliance use titans.

I used rorq few times and I have to agree with you. Plus rorq should compress much better, 50-100% boost in compression would make this ship proper mining capital ship.
