From NPC hauler spawns in belts. But they are getting nerfed, and currently mineral upgrades are turned off, so would not wanna go camping them yet. Well, unless you can sell them to someone.

Honestly, with invention allowing anyone to build their own, i would not mind them introducing a somewhat improved BS with T2. Honestly, it would not be nearly as unbalancing as HAC/AF/Inties were before invention.
