Ferox just needs another turret slot, and fittings to fit another medium turret. Overall, it's still a nice ship. Fills it's role as a long range sniper, along the lines of the Rokh.

Solo, it's an Ok ship. Amazing tank, decent damage, longest range. Great blobbing ship, get a buncha Rokh at 210 KM and pound on your opponent before they get a chance to fight back. Funny thing about Caldari ships is the single best way to kill...
