Base it off the T1 cruisers. 1000 m3 base, 8 highs, maybe 4 total launcher/turret points, o no more than 4 weapons. Bonus to salvage chance, reduction in salvage cycle time.

well, they should not be able to use fighters, as that is still strickly carrier's/Motherships. But a low slot mod to add 50 to drone bay at the cost of 10% max cargohold and 10% speed reduction would be nice.

meh, nerf jammers, and they will use Sensor Dampener's so your max lockon range is under 10 KM. And Dampeners are not chance based, they ALWAYS works.
