I wouldn't. Better to go with an Apoc with a nice range bonus or an Abaddon which has a great tank (perfect if you are new to level 4's in my opinion). You *might* be able to do some in a Harb but with the majority you will run into trouble. Also ...

I did it a few times I think only the last one should be a 'Dark Blood' wreck but might be just a misnamer. The first one is a regular mob and both have just a specific 'first name'. The last one did drop faction stuff for me though. Recruiting.
