What problem is trying to be solved by moving lvl4 to low sec? Crowding? That could be solved by simply spreading the agents around. I do lvl4 out of Doxidie and there is no crowding issues. Lvl4 being too profitable? BS, how about fixing the 10/1...

The real money you make in kill missions is in the bounties and loot. Most high sec lvl4 missions I make 2.5mil for the mission but ~30mil from loot and bounty. I have not done lvl4 courier missions so I do not know if you can do them fast enough ...

If I get with in 2k of it yes but I have yet to warp in that close. The one thing that has been an issue is dust cloads. Thankfuly missions that warp you into a cload have been ones without the mass agro. --R
