With Incursions, your ship is at the mercy of a Logi pilot. You might end up in a fleet of pilots you never even heard of before. With missions, you can log in, solo a few 4's, and log out. As for isk per hour: Just work at McDonalds for 2 hour...

The thing about missions is, they're fairly risk-free. I mean, maybe not at first, but after you do them for a few weeks, they will always seem like easy ISK. Everyone should be able to them imo, just to make quick ISK on occasion if nothing else....

Just a couple/4 quick points. Use a T1 ship at first. Insure that ship! Do missions for a while with a buddy or 2. Make sure you have good light drones for killing frigates.
