I believe the "ZMB-25" is the 1% cpu implant, there's a 3% and a 5% as well and I think they're the ZMB-50 and ZMB-75 respectively but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Being paranoid in EVE is a very good thing, but the chances of someone actually scanning you down knowing that the Orca is unpiloted are pretty close to 0. Iirc if you need a target lock on the Orca, no one can board it, but don't quite me on that...

More than likely your Nemesis is pre-Stealth Bomber overhaul. They got changed from using Cruise missiles to Torpedoes some time ago.
