I wouldn't do it. It's going to cost you another $15 and starting over (unless you want to keep two accounts running, which is not uncommon at all). You could spend $20 on a PLEX yourself and sell it for almost 500m.

Why is the minimum 24 hour "vote" thing still necessary? Especially when the vote is unanimous? It's a very antiquated mechanic and was silly to begin with. It's one of those many relics of EVE's past that serves as nothing but an annoyance.
