5. Can't patch, bad CRC, ect. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Would probably help the support techs to give them a DirectX diagnostics export file Jim. That might help them approach the patcher peeps with more detailed systems info, if they need to.

6. Can't patch, bad CRC, ect. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
It could well be a fault with the patcher software with respect to that 64-bit proc. Definately worth mentioning in a support posting I recon.

8. Can't patch, bad CRC, ect. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Can you get to the text in the patcher display in the background? That text will at least show to what point the process is getting prior to the CRC error. This is probably the most useful information if there is indeed an issue. Alternatively, ...

Edited by: Ruffles on 22/04/2004 10:37:22 You tried downloading a slightly older retail->X variant patch, and applying the smaller more recent ones? I think I have an cd to 1411 somewhere. If need be, let me know and can try to get it to y...

17. Increased Ship Warp Speed - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Whilst it is nice guys, thank you. I think you should perhaps increase the warp range of those affected ships. Reason why is that this new speed, whilst nice, means you spend less time in warp. However for long warps, these take longer. The rea...
