6. Help me with my stealth themed character - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Salvage is a good way to make ISK while flying stealth/scout/recon. There's wrecks all over the place - often near gates which makes them dangerous to get (that's the fun part, right). As a long range goal, if you want to maintain some independe...

8. How to find the right corp? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Santiago Fahahrri on 17/07/2011 13:21:52 Look for groups that don't actively recruit. Corps that "take everyone" will take anyone, and you'll be both treated as a number and surrounded by idiots. Corps that are selective, though...

10. Self-Sufficiency - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
If you're totally solo I'd recommend a local armor repair - you can avoid hull damage in most situations and make a trip to a station when your hull is in bad shape. If you can keep your armor patched up you will be in good shape in most situations.

12. New player and corporations. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Or bite the bullet and look for a good 0.0 corp - sure you face the possibility of attacks, but you won't get the silly empire war-dec games. Plus you get the benefit of learning to fly outside of "safe space".
