Balancing does not end in this type of game. If you make the mistake of thinking you're done, someone comes up with a new strategy that needs to be fixed. When the balancing ends you'll know the devs are about to pull the plug.

So active shield hardeners will revert to the way they used to work? Even though the game has obviously changed since then, I don't see how this can be considered to be a major problem.
