I only do level three missions and noticed once on second stage of missing reporters I got instant aggro. Each time other than that though, I carefully control my drones on the individual groups. No total aggro, so not sure if it's random or not. ...

One of the buildings in Silence the Informant frequently drops hardwires, if I'm not mistaken.

LOL ... the social skills upgrades get you better ISK and loyalty payouts, and higher security bumps. My reference to the loot was the sheer quantity of it you get on level threes. Lots of rats to kill and lots of cans to loot. Every now and then ...

Domi's are very flexible, and very forgiving. Seven lower slots give you lots of room for armor tanking and six highs gives you lots of room for firepower or vamping. And they can carry 30 heavy drones in that big drone bay!!!!! Don't need guns w...
