Happens to me every time when I get into my tempest. Only ship this happens on. fortunatly because all the modules are offline I notice this before I warp away. 1 or 2 modules offline I end up noticing after I warp.

There are 3 settings you can choose between on the cargo spcae window. If things do not show correctly try using 1 of the different options and they usually correct the invisible cargo to the right amount

Sorry to hear this. Since your other character loads ok it doesnt sound like a fault with your PC. Only thing I can suggest might help is to send in a "stuck" petition with the character you can load and give all the details you can think of.
