you could fit EM rig and DC II and get around 75% resist to all dmg types, that way you could tank 450 raw dps of any type you could also put all nano pump rigs, that way you have lower EM and EX resist (you lose about 50 raw dps tanking) but gai...

he already has a damage control (pseudo thingy)... also 3x active hardener II = 132 CPU while 3x EANM II = 90 CPU... faction hardeners would work however IMO it would be better to use a second 1600 plate... it gives almost 40% more armor also ch...

it doesn't drop from T2 lottery since it is a T1 item value in dollars is however very easy to calculate: 50 days game card is $30 90 day ones sell for 300mil ISK titan BPO is 75 bil (guessing, didn't see it on the market) so: 75 bil = 250 90 ...
