Look in the 'Audit' tab in the corporation menu - search for a pilot name there and it tells you who added/removed roles from that character when.

I really don't know why you complain about this. If someone logs of or gets disconnected during combat (i.e. while his aggro timer is active), it essentially means they lose their ship and pod, unless their opponent is too dumb to use scan probes.
