You can use loans creatively to sell damaged items. I know because I have... I'm not sure of the current restrictions on loans though (if you can only do them to corp or something).

Fitting on stealth bombers doesn't seem to be working right. I know that I can fit 3 cruise launchers with a MAPC (and probably without now that I raised my skills more), but even with a MAPC, I can only fit 2 cruise launchers because of powergrid...
