Officer and deadspace mods are T3 spec-ed. So T3 mods exist they just don't have the icon or price tag you would like them to have. Nobody needs cheaper mods that already exist for the rich. It doesn't get any better then meta 14.

Because ccp is god and said so. CCP also nerfed jumping with their nerf bat, so jumping will be removed from dominion. Jump gates will also be removed. It will now be done with warp and will take 5 years to go 5Ly.
