1. Casual POS? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Edited by: Skeltek on 04/05/2005 00:44:56 Moonminerals need 100m¦ per hour of mining. Tower offline -> Shields offline Total fuel costs for a big tower are 64,071,000 ISK per week. Small Tower need only 1/4 of that. Moonharvesters, reac...

2. Medium Tower - Is it useful ? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
to bring it to the point: a large reactor at big tower can only process half of the materials, which a big tower harvester can provede. so you might pretty good run a medium POS for harvesting elsewhere.

3. Medium Tower - Is it useful ? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
yes, it will be able to keep up. Medium Tower Harvester mines 1/2 Materials. Big Tower Harvests 1/1 of the second material. so you have: 1/2 a simple reaction done and 1/2 of the second material left spare. 1/2 a simple reaction = 100 units of ...

4. Can u steal a POS? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Destroying the control tower will enable you to scoop all the other modules to your cargohold. The Modules are anchored to the control tower and will get unanchored once it is destroyed I heard. Regarding the conquerable station... they are like ...

I have 2 POS running with 4 reactors, mining 3 metals and 1 Silicates. The cheapest ingrident for the complex reaction I buy on the market(far below the costs which would be required to actualy mine it). It DOES NOT PAY OFF with so much competitio...

11. Can you survey more than one moon at a time? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
yes, you can fire cheap probes at all moons and just when starting to scan the last 4 moons, you can switch to the more expensive probes to save time. Then wait for all the probes to send you their results.
